Lettings Direct is delighted to announce the purchase of 8 Atholl Crescent, Perth which has been in the late Lord Kinnoull’s Estate for almost 100 years.
Wes ecured the purchase in late 2014 and the £1/2million investment in this Grade-A listed building will see us upgrade the office suites and create some fully-serviced options for our neighbours - who are happily now our tenants!
The plans also include working with Historic Scotland to secure funding for restoring a Victorian conservatory at the back of the building, which is believed to the be the last one of its kind in Perth.
The purchase marks the first Business Centre in our portfolio and on completion will house sixteen offices over 300 sq. meters to include twelve parking spaces.
This is a sizable investment for us and we are delighted to be in a position to restore and upgrade this beautiful building. We have been tenants of The Kinnoull Trust for 2 years and we know that with the £200,000 refurb project we can modernise the interiors and return the external façade to its former glory.
The sixteen fully serviced office suites will also allow us to employ additional members of staff.
