Audrey has known Julie as a business contact for a number of years and so, when she found herself in a position where she was considering letting her property she knew there was only person to call. Timing was the all important factor in Audrey’s situation; she had decided selling her Perthshire home at that point wasn’t suited to her long-term plans but she was committed fully to moving to Edinburgh.
Audrey approached Julie about managing the long term rental of her property, which is a lovely old house in the conservation village of Abernethy. Julie was delighted to pop out and have a look round and advised Audrey on all the questions she had surrounding this big move to landlord.
